1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AI Hub you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. AI Hub is operated by Laura Distelrath LLC.
2. The service
AI Hub is a central place for your AI work: it stores your projects and decisions, routes tasks to AI tools and keeps track of handoffs. The service is in beta and is provided “as is” and “as available”.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account, your password and any API keys you create. Keep them secret and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Don’t try to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.
- Don’t upload malware or abuse the API beyond its rate limits.
5. Your content
You own everything you put into AI Hub. You give us a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the tools you choose.
6. Third-party services
AI Hub works with services such as Google (sign-in and Drive), AI providers (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Perplexity and Gemini), GoHighLevel (notifications) and Granola (meeting notes). Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Fees
AI Hub is currently free. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep AI Hub available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change, add or remove features.
9. Termination and data export
You can stop using AI Hub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. Before your account closes you can export your data through the API; after deletion it is removed within 30 days.
10. Disclaimers
AI output can be wrong. Check important results before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those stated here.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero).
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us arises from your content or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and Laura Distelrath LLC agree to that venue.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes before they apply.
