Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy explains what AI Hub collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language.

1. Who we are

AI Hub is operated by Laura Distelrath LLC. Contact us at hello@lauradistelrath.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: your name and email address, from Google sign-in or the email and password you register with.
  • Content you save: projects, entries, checkpoints, decisions, to-dos, handoffs, skills, agents, workflows, meeting notes and files you add.
  • Connection credentials you add: for example a Google Drive connection or your own Granola key. These are stored encrypted.
  • Usage logs: which tool made which change and when, API key usage, and error logs needed to run and secure the service.
  • Notification contact details: the email address or phone number you give us for notifications.

3. Google user data

AI Hub asks Google only for these four permissions: openid, email, profile and drive.file. It never asks for wider Drive access.

Permissions (scopes) we request

  • Sign-in — openid, email, profile: your basic profile and email address, used to create and identify your account and to show which Google account a Drive connection belongs to.
  • Google Drive — drive.file: lets AI Hub create folders and files in your Drive and update only the files AI Hub created or that you picked. AI Hub cannot see your other Drive files. This is also how AI Hub creates and updates the Google Docs it makes for your client-facing deliverables. If you choose an existing folder or files with Google's file picker, AI Hub can access only those items.

How we use it

Only to provide the features you see: signing you in, and creating and updating the client folders and files you choose to share.

How we store it

We store an encrypted Google refresh token in our database, plus the IDs, links and sync status of the files and folders AI Hub created. We do not store copies of Drive files you did not create in AI Hub.

How we share it

We never sell Google user data. We do not share it with anyone except the sub-processors that host and run the service (listed below), and only as needed to run it.

Retention and deletion

  • Disconnecting Google Drive in Settings revokes access and deletes the stored token immediately.
  • Deleting your account removes all of your data within 30 days.
  • You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@lauradistelrath.com.

Limited Use

AI Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

Humans do not read Google user data except with the user's consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymized.

4. Other AI tools you connect

When you send content to another AI app (a handoff — for example Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Perplexity or Gemini), that content leaves AI Hub and is handled under that app's own terms and privacy policy. AI Hub records each such release so you can see what was sent, where and when.

5. Sub-processors

  • Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase): hosting, database, authentication and file storage.
  • GoHighLevel: email and SMS delivery, only when you turn on notifications.
  • Google APIs: sign-in and Google Drive, as described above.
  • Granola API: only if you connect your own Granola key, to import your meeting notes.
  • Lovable AI Gateway: the AI processing provider used for summaries and classification of the content you save. It is not used to train models on your data.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Credentials such as tokens and keys are encrypted at rest. Access is limited per user: database rules make sure each person can only reach their own data.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage only to keep you signed in and remember simple display choices (such as a collapsed sidebar). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children

AI Hub is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on their standard safeguards for international transfers.

10. Your rights

You can access, export (including through the API under Settings → API access), correct and delete your data. Email us to exercise any of these rights; we reply within 30 days.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply.
